Where we focus

Sectors

We deliberately concentrate on sectors where the cost of getting digital wrong is high — and where the reward for getting it right compounds for years. Our experience spans both public-sector regulators and the diversified, multi-entity enterprise groups that anchor large parts of the West African economy.

Government & Public Sector

We work with federal agencies, regulators, and parastatals on the systems through which they discharge their statutory functions: licensing platforms, regulatory portals, member registries, and the operational infrastructure that supports them. Our engagements are designed to meet the procurement, security, and audit standards that public-sector work demands.

Financial Services & Insurance

We support banks, insurers, and capital markets institutions on customer-facing and internal platforms — particularly in modernisation programmes where legacy systems must be carried forward without disrupting live service. Insurance carriers, in particular, present a combination of regulatory complexity, long-tail data, and customer-facing service obligations that we are well-equipped to address.

Energy, Industrial & Infrastructure

We work with operators in power, oil and gas, industrial gases, and emerging clean-energy ventures on the digital systems that increasingly differentiate the well-run from the rest: customer platforms, operational dashboards, billing and metering systems, and the data infrastructure beneath them.

Consumer, Retail & Food

We work with large-format consumer businesses — including national restaurant and retail chains — on the platforms that run their operations at scale: stock and supply chain systems, point-of-sale integrations, customer engagement platforms, and the operational dashboards that give head office visibility into what is happening across hundreds of locations.

Workforce-Scale Operations

We work with organisations that operate large, distributed workforces — security, facilities, and field-services businesses — on the systems through which those workforces are deployed, paid, supervised, and reported on. These are operationally unforgiving environments where the system either performs for tens of thousands of users a day or it does not.

Education & Professional Bodies

We work with councils, registries, and accreditation authorities on the systems through which they manage members, candidates, and licensees — and through which they uphold professional standards at scale.
