Delivery model

How we engage

Our delivery model is shaped by one observation: the institutions we serve cannot afford failed programmes. The cost is not only financial — it is reputational, regulatory, and political. Our approach is calibrated accordingly.

Built for institutional continuity.

01

Frame

Before any engineering work begins, we agree in writing what success looks like, what is in scope, what is explicitly out of scope, and how progress will be measured. This document governs the engagement and is the basis on which we are willing to be held accountable.

02

Design

We design systems against the realities of the operating environment — the regulatory constraints, the existing technology estate, the in-house capability that will eventually own the work. Designs are reviewed with client stakeholders before any line of production code is written.

03

Build

Delivery runs in short, observable cycles. Stakeholders see working software early and often. Every release is deployed through automated pipelines to environments that mirror production. Nothing reaches users that has not been tested, reviewed, and documented.

04

Handover

Every engagement concludes with a structured handover: documentation, runbooks, source code, infrastructure definitions, and a transition period during which the receiving team operates the system with our support. We treat the handover as the final deliverable, not as an afterthought.
