About Aspian Alliance
Aspian Alliance is part of the Aspian group of companies — a family of institutions building serious businesses across technology, energy, and infrastructure in West Africa and the United Kingdom.
The Aspian name carries a deliberate weight. It was established as the brand under which our founder spent more than four decades building and operating businesses in Nigerian and international markets. Aspian Alliance is the consultancy arm of that legacy — applying the same standards of judgement and delivery that the name has always represented to the digital transformation challenges institutions face today.
We build for institutional continuity. That is the thread that runs through everything we do.
Our team's experience includes long-term delivery across a diversified portfolio of enterprises — operating in financial services, insurance, energy, telecommunications, consumer markets, and workforce-scale operations. These are environments in which systems must operate reliably at scale and under regulatory oversight, and in which there is no tolerance for delivery teams that disappear once the contract is signed. That experience runs alongside fifteen-plus years of production engineering in the United Kingdom, including in the National Health Service and at BT Group.
We are intentionally selective about the engagements we take on. We would rather do a small number of programmes properly than a large number badly, and we structure our team and our commercial model around that choice. Every engagement is led by a partner; every partner is accountable for the outcome.
